Bloomfield Hills preschool educators believe that it is important to educate the whole child. We believe that learning is holistic in nature where the social, emotional, physical, and intellectual development of all children is embraced. Parents are a child’s first and most important teachers, and their support is extremely critical to the child’s success in school activities.
- The preschools are under the direction of the Bloomfield Hills School District. The program will assure children a smooth transition into the kindergarten through 12th grade educational experience in Bloomfield Hills.
- Registration is on a first come first-served basis. Our programs are open to both residents and non-residents.
- Our facilities are designed for children between the ages of 2.5 and 5 years-old (starting at 18 months at Bloomin’ Kids Lone Pine Mom/Tot program). Children must be toilet trained before attending all classes except Mom/Tot.
- Our affiliation with Conant and Lone Pine Elementary Schools allows Bloomin’ Kids students access to the Spanish program, media center, Elementary Reading Buddies and our fine arts wing music and movement programs. Additionally, the district’s Charles L. Bowers Farm and E.L. Johnson Nature Center have devised preschool programs for our children.
