Our district’s hot lunch program is available to our full-day students. Half-day students may participate in our Lunchin’ Kids program.

Bloomin’ Kids at Conant offers exciting, fun-filled two-week summer options. Children will experience science, art, math, movement, and literature through creative hands-on activities.

A first time experience in “going to school” that you can enjoy with your child. Art,
music and movement designed for our youngest learners.
Bloomin’ Imaginations - Ages 2 ½ -5 years
Site: Bloomin’ Kids at Conant and Lone Pine
Day: Wednesdays – 9/30/09-11/18/09
Time: 11:45 a.m. – 2:15 p.m.
Cost: $264/full amount due at initial registration
Children will use their imaginations in this class to create, wonder, and play. Each week
provides an exciting theme that allows them freedom to use their imaginations to its
fullest potential through games, active play, art, and much more. Children may buy a hot
school lunch or bring a bag lunch from home.
Nursery Rhymes and Fairy Tales Ages 2 ½-5 years
Site: Bloomin’ Kids at Conant and Lone Pine
Day: Tuesdays – 9/29/09-11/17/09
Time: 11:45 a.m. – 2:15 p.m.
Cost: $264/full amount due at initial registration
Children will experience the timeless classic nursery rhymes and fairy tales that we all
love through art, music, sensory, dramatic play, and more. These wonderful classics are
not only fun to read but research has shown that nursery rhymes also help form a
foundation for later reading ability. So come explore Cinderella’s castle or sit on the wall
with Humpty Dumpty this fall. Children may buy a hot school lunch or bring a bag lunch
from home.

Lunchin’ Kids - Children enrolled at BK Conant/Lone Pine

Day: Mondays and Thursdays starting in October
Time: 11:45 a.m. – 12:30 p.m.
Cost: $7 per day
It’s fun to eat lunch at school like the “big kids”! Children enrolled in our preschools
may buy a hot school lunch (menus are sent home monthly) or bring a bag lunch from
home. A registration form and information about our school lunch debit card system will
go home later in September.
